Add expected salary to your profile for insightsThis role will be responsible for the management of all Container Parks assets with a focus on maximizing availability, reliability, safety and value. The role is also responsible for compliance with all statutory obligations, contractual obligations and operational andperformance objectives.Key AccountabilitiesEnsure a servicing/maintenance schedule is developed and adhered to for all assetsManage the relationship with the service provider and regularly review and ensure SLAs are being metMaintain scheduled services through provider and ensure timely servicing to avoid machine downtime with no operational impactTrack usage hours of equipment and monitor and report on excess hour usage, ensuring accurate logging and accountabilityVerify invoices against completed jobs and cross-check actual work completed against quotes to identify discrepancies or overchargesEnsure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulationsMaintain up-to-date service records for audits and inspectionsQualifications, Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will possess the following:Minimum 10 years experience working in an asset role in a heavy equipment industrial environmentExtensive knowledge of heavy plant and equipment maintenance planning best practices, procedures and systemsWorking knowledge of related legislation, plant and equipment regulationsProven strong leadership and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiations skillsHigh level of understanding of financial concepts and principlesProven analytical skillsSupporting equalityDP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
