This role is ideal for a senior retail data analyst or data scientist who deeply understands retail data, particularly sales, stock, and range and wants to help shape a product that delivers practical, real-world impact.Youll be joining a groundbreaking, well-funded Tech Co. who are building a team of smart innovators where your collaboration and contribution matter. If you''re curious about AI, excited by product-building, and grounded in retail, this is your kind of role.Were looking for an Innovative Data Professional who would have a minimum of 3-5 years within the Enterprise Retail Sector and truly understands how retail operates at the data analytics & insights level. You should know your way around an Enterprise Retail Data environment, have experience working with Category managers, Buying Managers, Merchandise and Finance teamsA solid grasp of retail data structures, including POS, stock, promotions, and ranging. You should also be able to work with raw and sometimes messy data, translating it into clean, actionable insights that drive real commercial decisions.Do you have the desire to be part of a small, agile team where your voice is heard and your contributions truly shape the product? This means not just building dashboards, but helping design how analytics can scale as part of a product.From a technical perspective, strong SQL and or Python skills are essential; you should be comfortable writing complex queries, manipulating large retail datasets, and building efficient reporting layers.Experience with data wrangling, automating workflows, or integrating with modern data platforms.
