Youll also be responsible for documenting and communicating your assessments clearly and professionally, both in writing and through direct engagement with customers and stakeholders.You will manage a portfolio of claims, applying critical thinking to assess eligibility and determine outcomes. With a strong customer focus, you will ensure every interaction is thoughtful, well-informed and supports the customer journey with empathy and clarity.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft accurate, clear and comprehensive written communications and case summariesConduct thorough case assessments through initial consultations over the phoneReview and analyse sensitive documentation to support informed and defensible decision-makingOngoing customer contact throughout their claimCollating evidence from customers to support their claim application with relevant information and supporting documentationMaintaining up to date and accurate records across CSCs systemsPlease note : We are open to consider applicants from any location nationally who meet the hiring criteria below.What You Need To ExcelAustralian CitizenshipMinimum of 2 years of experience in case/claims management superannuation and life insurance experience is highly regardedExperience managing of a portfolio of cases end-to-endHigh level of written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly communicate to a range of audiences and stakeholdersCan understand and interpret legislationDemonstrate empathy, maintain a high standard of professionalism, and possess the resilience to thrive in challenging situationsProfessional, customer focused and willing to contribute to a positive business cultureWork independently to organise and prioritise your tasksSelf-motivated attitude with a resilient nature and ability to adapt to changeWhat will you get in return?Multiple positions available permanent and fixed term optionsEngaging and meaningful work in a supportive environmentA variety of challenging and interesting work with the opportunity to develop your skills further towards complex cases.
