In this integral role, you will be at the heart of our wellbeing strategy, working with the business to turn data into actionable insights that shape product development, drive data transformation within Vitality, measure the impact of health programs and monitor ROI to ensure the sustainability of our shared value and wellbeing programs.To do this successfully you will:Lead the measurement of enterprise Wellbeing impact by analysing engagement, behaviour change & health outcomesSupport the development of data driven Wellbeing strategic initiatives across the enterprise which improve wellbeing, drive return to work outcomes and improve the customer experienceProvide data analytics and insights to support research projectsMonitor performance and costs of Wellbeing service providers in line with SLAs and KPIsStreamline and improve Wellbeing data processes and procedures to improve efficiency and impactProvide compelling data insights to key stakeholders, helping shape Wellbeing programs and initiativesCollaborate with the Brand, Communications and Corporate Affairs teams to provide critical insights to position AIA as a thought leader in the wellbeing spaceTranslate complex data into compelling narratives that influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisionsSuccessful applications will demonstrate:Experience working within a data analyst or business analyst role, ideally within life insurance or a related industryStrong analytical skillswith the ability to collect, organise and analyse data with attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to identify and use available data and resources to make appropriate decisions or recommendationsA strong understanding of the relevant Australian privacy legislationKnowledge of claims theory and practice, along with product knowledge, including terms and conditions would be highly regardedWorking knowledge of the Insurance Contracts Act and Private Health Insurance Act plus relevant legislation, FOS and SCT preferred but not essentialThe ability to craft compelling data narratives that connect to the bigger pictureA proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvementWhy choose AIA:At AIA, weve made a promise to help people live healthier, longer, better lives.
