This project aims to enhance their cloud-first strategy and elevate sector-wide integration, prioritise data security and reliability. The Application Support Engineer will provide L2 and L3 support for applications and integration technologies within SLA expectationsMonitor, maintain, and support the performance and stability of integrated clinical and enterprise systems like EHRManage system deployments, updates, and patching activities across development and production environments.Operate within an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, supporting applications and integration technologiesCoordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system operations.Administer user access and security settings, and support onboarding and issue resolution for end users.Drive automation and process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Skills and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience providing L2/L3 application supportHands-on experience supporting EHR systems, HL7 messaging, and integration tools like DAT, HL7 Spy, and dbMotion.Mandatory experience in a Healthcare AND/OR Public Sector environmentExperience in providing both project and ongoing application support, with the ability to maintain applications proactively.Solid understanding of ITIL frameworkMandatory ExperienceMust be an Australian Citizen or Permanent ResidentMust be based in Melbourne or willing to relocateWhy Join Us?With INDEX you will be a part of a $6.9b global group of companies.
