Our team is focused on delivering great service to our customers and bringing new product offerings to life.About The RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated office Administrator to join our DC team! Reporting into the DC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration tasks of the DC, with a strong focus on supplier interactions, onboarding of casual team members, payroll, data entry and supply chain management.This role is full time, located at our Distribution Centre in Truganina.Responsibilities:Ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork and timely submission of invoices to the Accounts Payable teamProcess and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner using ESKR systemInvestigate and resolve issues, including supplier payment discrepanciesLiaise with Head Office Supply Chain team to address operational issuesComplete and submit Payroll Reports to Head Office within set deadlinesCode and process casual agency invoices, ensuring charge-out rate discrepancies are resolvedAct as the subject matter expert for Dayforce within Distribution Centres (DCs)Run payroll-related reports (e.g., RDOs, Picnic Days, Show Days, annual leave) for DC managementMaintain a strong understanding of the Just Group EBA and People & Culture policiesInput daily numeric and field data into company systemsParticipate in and support DC projects as requiredEnsure Distribution Centre standards are met in a safe and professional mannerMaintain team compliance to Health & Safety Policies and ProceduresIdentify and report safety hazards and take corrective action to remedy risks and restore a safe working environmentSkills/Experience:Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar roleStrong organisational skills with attention to detailExperience within warehouse logistics desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environmentGenerous staff discount and access to our sample salesWork closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environmentEngage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growthAdvertised: 13 Jun 2025 AUS Eastern Standard TimeApplications close:Sign up for our job alerts to receive the latest roles tailored to your preferences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
