The Organisation:The Australian HR Institute (AHRI) is Australias HR professional body and membership organisation, dedicated to advancing the HR profession. AHRI sets the standard for HR practice with its HR Capability Framework, Assessment Tools, Certification, and Development programs.AHRI supports its members through research, advocacy, and professional development activities, including conferences, podcasts, and thought leadership. The Learning and Development Manager plays a key role in fostering excellence in HR practice across Australia.The Role:Reporting to the GM, HR Standards and Capability, the Learning & Development Manager oversees the design and development of AHRIs learning products, such as courses, micro-credentials, RTO courses, mentoring, and certification.This role manages three direct reports, promoting collaboration and innovation, and works with SMEs and contractors to deliver high-quality learning aligned with industry trends and member needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead development of learning products including courses, micro-credentials, and certifications.Align products with AHRIs Capability Framework, HR trends, and member needs.Manage Product Development Specialists and a Graphic Designer, providing leadership and mentorship.Oversee multiple projects ensuring quality and timely delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content.Coordinate with marketing to promote products.Evaluate product performance for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with standards.What youll bring:Degree in Business, HR, or related field (desirable).TAE Qualifications and AHRI certification (desirable).Experience in instructional design and assessment development.Proven leadership of high-performing teams.Practical HR experience, especially Employee & Industrial Relations.Strong understanding of HR principles and industry trends.Ability to manage multiple projects.Experience working with SMEs and contractors, influencing senior professionals.How to Apply:Apply online with Ref number 3886425, attention Ellie Stock.AHRI values diversity and encourages applications from all community sectors, especially Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in to update your profile for insights.Your application will include questions about your suitability and relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
