Youll also use SAP to manage work orders, labour costing, and defect reporting, and play a key role in developing team capability and performance.You will coordinate and participate in routine inspections, maintenance, emergency fault response, and minor project works to ensure signals assets are maintained and returned to service safely and efficiently. You''ll motivate, guide, and coach your team, share technical advice, and help implement improvements in work practices and outcomes. Working closely with your Team Leader, youll ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and safety compliance in everything you do.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.About youYour technical knowledge, leadership skills, and safety-first mindset, formed across electrical signalling, infrastructure maintenance, or rail operations, will see you deliver high-quality outcomes while supporting your teams growth and capability. You''re confident making decisions under pressure, experienced in fault diagnostics, and comfortable using digital systems like SAP to manage workflows and reporting.Youre recognised as a qualified Signals Electrician (Level 4.3 competency) with a sound understanding of signalling assets and safe working procedures. Youre skilled at leading teams, solving problems, and driving results in field-based environments.
