The Account Manager will be responsible for delivering on commitments to the partner through structured agreements and overall account management plans.This is a full-time permanent position reporting into the Head of Strategic Partnerships. Ideally this role will be based out of our Sydney (Artarmon) or Melbourne (Carlton) Offices, however for the right candidate we are also open to this role being based out of other LF site locations. Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model, therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week.In this role you will be responsible for:Being the first point of contact for managed and existing business partners and sponsors.Leading the planning process with partners and co-create a tailored partnership. plan/calendar of activity in line with each partners objectives and in line with LF objectives and product deliverables.Collaborating within the Strategic Partnerships team and across other segments of the organisation to ensure the delivery of all contractual requirements and to maximise potential.Ensuring each partner is recognised appropriately and commensurate to their financial investment as per Strategic plans.Identifying new revenue growth opportunities from within the existing business partners portfolio.Leading the development of impact reporting in collaboration with other streams of the organisation.Ensuring Salesforce and other records are maintained in line with privacy provisions and key governance standards.Providing monthly reporting and updates to the Head of Department.Does this sound like you:Tertiary or other qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related discipline or evidence of professional development combined with 3+yrs experience in a similar role.Proven record in business relationship management/salesDemonstrated excellence in business development/account management skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders- internal and externalOutstanding interpersonal and presentation abilityDemonstrated initiative, creativity and strategic thinkingAbility to manage multiple projectsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenHigh attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive data and contractual obligationsNFP sector experienceExperience with Salesforce (integrated CRM platform)Experience in AsanaKnowledge of FIA Code of Conduct/Standards of FundraisingWe offer:Salary including generous salary packaging up to $15,900Salary packagingmeal andentertainment card $2,650Ongoing training and developmentA collaborative, innovative and supportive team cultureSocial and well-being activitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramTo Apply:If you''re interested in this exciting role, please send through a one-page cover letter addressing the essential requirements of the role and your CV in PDF via the apply buttonon Seek or through the Leukaemia Foundation website.
