As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various commercial and residential settings.Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipmentIdentify maintenance risks and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systemsClean, adjust, and repair systems, performing warranty services when necessaryConduct emergency repairs promptly and efficientlyProvide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior techniciansMaintain accurate daily logs and records of all maintenance functionsEnsure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulationsAdhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirementsAssist with customer queries and provide professional, customer-focused serviceCollaborate with team members to optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiencyQualificationsMinimum of 2years'' experienceas an HVAC technicianProficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systemsStrong understanding of advanced principles in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heatingWorking knowledge of boiler systemsAbility to balance air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocolsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficient in reading schematics and work plansExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of safety protocols and procedures specific to HVAC workAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:At Accor, we are Heartists!
