The position will report to the CEOs of two community housing providers and lead an exciting organisational integration designed to strengthen community housing services across South Australia. Together, these two well-established not-for-profit providers are building a shared future that enhances service delivery, organisational sustainability and long-term outcomes for tenants and stakeholders.The Integration Project Manager (IPM) will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the successful integration of the organisations, with a focus on operational planning, project oversight and delivery of a structured and well-governed integration process. You will lead cross-organisational coordination, maintain governance frameworks and ensure transparency, accountability and clear communication throughout all stages of the integration. The role requires high-level stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to navigate complex environments with multiple internal and external partners. Experience in organisational mergers, acquisitions or large-scale change management will be highly regarded.You will be a confident and collaborative project professional with a track record of delivering results in complex, people-centred settings. Experience in not-for-profit, community housing, or human services is desirable, along with a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver on time, while maintaining a strong focus on relationships, communication and shared purpose.
