Do you love leading a team and training them to provide the best customer experience? Can you work in a fast pace restaurant? Are you organised? If so, then you might be the person for us!PLEASE NOTE:As we are located in a rural/regional area, public transit is unfortunately NOT accessible to our Estate. Therefore, applicants will need their own independent mode of transport.Qualifications & experience:Experience in a similar position for more than 2 years.Have current RSA.Tasks & responsibilities.Wine and beverage knowledge.Experience in ''Ordermate'' is a plus.Barista/Coffee Making.Bartending - Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks & Basic Cocktails.The role:Full-time hours (38 - 40 hours a week); Wednesday - Sunday.Assist F&B Operations.Work closely with our Management, Head Chef and Events Manager.Have a hands on approach.Ensure a customer-focused service.Work as a team with F&B operations, event management, and other teams.Effectively communicate with customers.Lead the team and foster a positive culture amongst the FOH and BOH team.To be successful in the position you will need:Demonstrated experience within the hospitality industry, with proven leadership of a restaurant team.Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt.Availability to work a roster including late evenings, early starts, weekends and public holidays.Hard working attitude.Exceptional ability to think ahead, and problem solve.Prioritisation with organisation & upholding protocols & venue structure.Ability to work calmly and collected in high pressure environments (Weekend peak times).Benefits:Work with like-minded individuals who are passionate about the industry.A positive & supportive culture.A beautiful environment.A place that you can be proud to be a part of.Training and development.Salary will be commensurate with experience.If this sounds like you, then apply now!Please note sponsorships will not be accepted for this role.Be careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
