As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support Head of Sales with information / data / analyticsSupport GAM/RAM/NAM/field sales sales activitiesManage company mail outs, notifications and industry updatesSupport opportunity & lead management for salespersonsSupport CRM and system nursingManage customer profitability data and informationSupport sales reporting target to actuals & job profitabilitySupport with regional presentations (Data and powerpoint)Manage the interface to Products/Operations in case of complaintsRetrieve quotations from Product and collect general market/customer intelligenceCustomer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.What You NeedWe will help you be successful in this role.
