Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Manage the maintenance of the Port Lincoln Hotel premises.Regular Monday to Friday days of work.Stable, long-term South Australian employer.Excellent facilities and maintenance schedule.Take pride in the maintenance and presentation of an important part of the Port Lincoln landscape.The OpportunityThe Port Lincoln Hotel is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and reliable Maintenance Manager to join our team.As a proud South Australian and family-owned business, we love our properties and strive to keep them in good condition and presented to the best standard.If you are well-organized and like a job done right, this role is for you.Core ResponsibilitiesSupervise a Preventative Maintenance Program, including but not limited to Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Lifts, Fire Equipment, Electrical Equipment, Kitchen Equipment, Pool Maintenance, Testing & Pest Control.Coordinate external trades as required for repairs and planned jobs.Plan for future maintenance requirements.Liaise with the Accommodation team for room maintenance and repairs.Manage the workflow and priorities of the maintenance team.Assist with general maintenance duties.Skills and QualificationsPrevious maintenance experience in a hospitality environment is desirable.A strong attention to quality and detail.Sound computer skills, including building-related systems.Experience with asset management systems (e.g., "Fiix") is desirable.About the Company:The Port Lincoln Hotel enjoys an enviable waterfront location and is recognized as a leader in hospitality and tourism on the Eyre Peninsula.
