Across our 33 dealerships along the eastern seaboard, we represent 39 of the top car brands in Australia, covering each of the volume, premium, luxury, and commercial vehicle categories.We have an exciting opportunity for several Trainee Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialists to join our team on the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra, Maroochydore, Nambour, and Noosa locations).The training period will last between 6-12 months and will involve on-the-job training and mentoring with experienced Business Managers, in addition to completing the Autopact Business Manager Training program.What is the role of an Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialist?Lead Management assisting the sales team to contact all clients interested in purchasing a vehicle.Assisting the sales team with negotiation and closing of sales.Helping clients purchase a vehicle by arranging their finance.Meeting KPIs for the sale of finance, insurance, and warranty products.Processing vehicle loans from application to settlement.Adhering strictly to compliance and regulatory requirements.Who are we looking for?The successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualities:Highly self-motivated and financially driven.Passionate about achieving success and committed to delivering excellent customer service.Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.Ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external customers.Background in sales, banking, finance, or insurance industries is preferred.Strong sales and negotiation skills.High standard of personal presentation.Ability to work in a busy team environment and remain calm under pressure.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in face-to-face and phone interactions.Reliable vehicle and an open Australian driver''s license are required.Why work with us?Formal training, including internal programs and partner training.On-the-job mentoring with senior and experienced Business Managers.Uncapped earning potential with a generous commission plan after training.Access to benefits such as vehicle discounts, finance and servicing discounts, health insurance discounts, and Employee Assistance Program.Positive work culture.5-day work week, including Saturdays (RDO during the week).If you believe this role is right for you, APPLY NOW!Please note, successful applicants will undergo a National Police Check prior to employment confirmation.
