Whilst also being responsible for the general housekeeping of the office, and supporting the main office in Sydney by executing company events and catering for the Melbourne Office.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure World Class Service for Customers ensuring that Givaudan leads the way!General back up and business support to the Key Account Managers (KAMs).Cultivate customer relationships within portfolio accounts.Prepare and maintain Customer Directories for Key Account Managers Account List, containing all aspects of prices codes and contacts.Ensure an efficient service on all aspects of customer documentation, questionnaires and product information documents etc.Assist in managing commercial projects in collaboration with Key Account Managers entering projects, monitoring progress of projects and samples identify customer requirements and follow-up on customer submissions.Investigate and assist in resolving customer complaints as necessary.New Wins: Take ownership for transitioning Customer projects / new wins from scale up to production preparation of monthly reports of New Wins.Investigate and assist in resolving customer complaints as necessary.Professional Experience3+ years of experience in a Sales Administrative Support role or a personal assistant role3+ years of experience in Customer ServicePrevious experience in Stakeholder Engagement and Stakeholder ManagementPrevious experience in general office support will be highly regardedTechnical SkillsTech Savvy / Advanced Computer literacy (Proficient in common PC applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite) and able to pick up new systems quickly)Time Management skills (able to work autonomously and as a team, keeping to project deadlines)Good interpersonal skills (excellent stakeholder management as well as working well with others in a team)Organisational skillsExcellent Communication skills (both written and verbal including effective listening skills)Problem solving skills (able to think creatively, and outside the box to find optimal solutions)Self Starter, takes initiativePlease note: You must have the work rights to work in Australia to apply for this job.At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch peoples lives.You work within an inspiring teamwork culture where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions.Every essence of you enriches our world.Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers and partners.Givaudan embraces diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone impacts our world.About the companyGivaudan is a Swiss multinational manufacturer of flavours, fragrances and active cosmetic ingredients.NoticeTalentify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
