We are looking for an SAP-FICO Support Analyst to work for one of the largest clients based in Sydney/Melbourne.This is a one-year FTC role based in Sydney/Melbourne.Requirement:8+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling), with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior support role.Proven experience with CATS in support, including configuration, issue resolution, and integration with HR and CO.Knowledge of FS-CD, RE-FX, and Reinsurance modules as needed.Strong understanding of finance operations in the insurance industry.Experience working in an Application Support & Maintenance (AMS) environment.Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Mandatory Skills:SAP FI - Insurance.
