Founded in 1960, CEDA continues to bring together Australias most influential decision makers to debate and progress economic and social policy.At CEDA we believe curiosity has the power to move the nation forward and together with our 500 member organisations we seek to imagine better for all Australians.About the RoleWere looking for a curious IT leader who thrives on challenge and is passionate about delivering exceptional IT services.Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for CEDAs day to day technology delivery, and projects to improve our offering.AsIT Manager, you will:Shape and execute IT strategy aligned with CEDAs goals.Lead, mentor, and inspire the IT team and third-party partners.Create change that can be seen and felt by customers and staff, with timely and on-budget project delivery.Manage daily IT operations and infrastructure (including Dynamics365 and Kentico CMS), and champion cybersecurity.What You BringBachelors degree in IT or related field (required); certifications (ITIL, PMP, Microsoft) highly regarded.57 years IT experience, including 2+ years in a team lead role.Proven expertise in infrastructure, SD WAN, systems administration, service desk management, and cybersecurity.Demonstrated project delivery; AI/GenAI project delivery is highly regarded.Strong project/change management and ITSM tool (e.g., JIRA) proficiency.Energetic leadership, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.What Sets You ApartStrategic thinker and plannerRelationship builder able to work with vendors and colleagues to deliver solutions for customersTechnically savvy, forward focused, curious about new technologiesInspirational leader and team builderChange and risk management championAligned with CEDAs values: Trust, Curiosity, Succeeding Together, Bravery, Passion.Our work environment is fun and fast-paced.
