This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to FK''s people and culture journey, supporting the growth and development of our teams while shaping a collaborative, people-first workplace culture.What Youll DoTalent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, partnering with leaders to develop inclusive hiring strategies.Performance & Development: Lead performance review cycles and support internal development initiatives including leadership programs and mentoring.Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act and relevant legislation.Succession Planning & Capability Building: Partner with leadership to identify talent and track development for key roles, ensuring readiness for succession.Engagement & Culture: Coordinate employee engagement surveys, support wellness initiatives, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.People Systems & HR Operations: Maintain HRIS systems, ensure accuracy in employee data, and streamline HR processes to support FKs people practices.What Youll BringExperience: 5-7+ years in HR, talent acquisition, or organizational development.Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awardsSkills: Proven success in recruitment, performance management, and employee development, with excellent communication and coaching abilities.Values Fit: A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating a high-performing and supportive culture.Why FK?FK is a design-led, award-winning practice with a strong national reputation.
