About The Role Within the Manufacturing branch, you will support the Executive Director (ED) and the Manufacturing Leadership Team by providing efficient administrative and project support. Provide high-level confidential secretarial and executive support to the ED, including managing emails, files, keyboard services, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. Manage the ED''s emails and appointment diary proactively, ensuring timely responses and coordination of information requests. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the ED and other staff for meetings and conferences. A full list of duties is available in the role profile.
