Ideally, we are seeking Lawyers (5+PAE) with personal injury experience to work in a number of our Victorian OfficesDandenongEppingFrankstonMelbourne CBDRingwoodThese roles represent as a rare opportunity for proactive, passionate and results driven lawyers who specialise in Personal Injury law to work with one of our firms most experienced and respected practice groups, which will see you managing your own files and support team.In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters within a dynamic practice group, this role will also see you manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks.Your responsibilities will includeDay to day management of a file loadProvide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial adviceProviding a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matterIdentifying practical and innovative solutions for clientsContinually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new businessForging and building strong client relationshipsWhat will you bring?Our successful candidate will be a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses the followingIdeally 1-5+ years Post Admission ExperiencePrevious experience and a passion for Personal Injury lawOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionatelyExperience in running files end to endDemonstrated skills in effective network and relationship managementAbility to exercise judgement and resolve problems quicklyWhat next?If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly to Slater and Gordon.
