The Role: Centre Director / Nominated SupervisorThis is more than a leadership roleits your chance to build something special from the ground up. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staffing, enrolments, budgets, and complianceDrive the delivery of high-quality education and careLead recruitment and support ongoing professional development of your teamFoster a strong, collaborative team cultureUphold and promote Kool Beanz Bulldogs values and philosophyEnsure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirementsBuild positive relationships with families and community stakeholdersEmbed a culture of excellence, safety, and child-first practicesMaintain Quality Assurance AccreditationImplement VEYLDF and ensure adherence to NQF and NQSMaintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting What We''re Looking ForA confident leader with at least 3+ years experience as a Centre DirectorA Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)Strong understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, NQF, NQS and Child Safe StandardsExcellent communication, mentoring, and time-management skillsProficient in software platforms such as Smart Central, Kindy Hub, and the Microsoft Office SuiteUp-to-date Working With Children Check, Police Check, and certifications in First Aid, CPR, Food Safety Supervisor, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Training What Youll ReceiveA brand-new, purpose-built centre in a dynamic community locationFunded First Aid and CPR trainingAccess to our generous Employee Referral Program ($1000 bonus!)Discounts on childcare for your own childrenProfessional development opportunities to support your career growthBe the first to lead something amazing.
