Youll also work closely with our Client Solutions, Information Technology, Business Development and Learning & Development teams.You will be responsible for:working with the Head of Knowledge and section leaders to develop and implement the precedents and projects plan for the national Commercial practice groups ;facilitating development and execution of technical solutions and document process improvements;drafting and maintaining precedents;being a champion for style guide compliance;working cross functionally to develop workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms;conducting file audits in conjunction with the Risk team;writing key matter summaries for business development;maintaining awareness of legislative and case law changes and providing regular updates to the Commercial practice groups;preparing and delivering legal educational training; anddelivering style, precedents and writing training to the firm.About YouYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:a minimum of four years of post-admission experience in Corporate and Commercial law;a specific and strong interest in knowledge sharing, precedent development, and style compliance;advanced document drafting and contract review skills;excellent attention to detail;the ability to prioritise and project manage autonomously;strong interpersonal and communication skills; anda keen interest and experience in delivering training.About UsHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
