You will lead a high-performing team across recruitment, innovation, health services, and national operations; driving results that meet and exceed Commonwealth expectations. You will also play a key role in fostering strong relationships with the Australian Defence Force and government stakeholders, ensuring success across all contractual, operational, and cultural fronts.
