Brand New Centre Opening Soon - BeveridgeHappy Sprouts Early Learning, Beveridge, is seeking an experienced, passionate Centre Director to join our privately owned, purpose-built, brand-new centre located in Beveridge.As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, building a strong team culture, and fostering positive relationships with families, children, and the community. Your main role is to ensure the service provides high-quality education and care for all children and families.You will serve as the Nominated Supervisor, involved in promoting the service, increasing enrolments, recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic team, and developing strong community involvement.You will support the service to meet its KPIs, including occupancy, budgets, service satisfaction, and Department of Education reporting. You will be supported by experienced Approved Providers and have access to HR/IR support services.We are looking for someone who:Has a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and CareHas vibrant energy, is an uplifting team player, and a confident leaderCan manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policiesCreates inclusive, professional, and genuine relationships with team members, approved providers, Department of Education, children, and familiesDemonstrates warmth, compassion, and possesses high-level communication skillsIs proactive, flexible, and demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skillsHas proven ability to lead, guide, and coach teaching teams, with competency in staff managementCan facilitate staff meetings, training, and ongoing mentoringFocuses on continuous quality improvement to meet and exceed NQF and NQS standardsWhat you will need:A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalentExperience as a Childcare Centre Director or in a leadership roleHigh-level communication and interpersonal skillsAvailability to work between 6:30 am 6:30 pm (Monday to Friday)High-level knowledge of:Approved Learning Frameworks (EYLF/VEYDLF)Victorian Child Safe Standards and Child Protection TrainingThe Education and Care Services National Regulations and relevant lawsThe National Quality Framework (NQF) and Standards (NQS)Current Working with Children Check and Police CheckCurrent First Aid and CPR certificatesCurrent Food Safety Supervisor certificateUnderstanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS)Experience with childcare software (desirable) and social mediaHappy Sprouts Early Learning is committed to creating a quality, child-led learning environment where children feel valued and safe.
