The Role: This is an exceptional opportunity for a General Manager Community Aged Care (Home Care) to lead and shape our community Aged Care portfolio as we embark on a growth journey supporting the Commonwealth Home Support programme and Home Care Packages. We need a leader who is ready to expand our reach and impact, shaping the future of community care at Doutta Galla. Reporting directly to the Chief Client Officer, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Community Care portfolio to ensure high quality service delivery, regulatory compliance and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage our community care programs with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and person-centred care Support the transition to the new Support at Home program, ensuring readiness for regulatory and policy changes Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including clients, families, staff, and external organisations Drive organic growth through service development, innovation, and excellence in care delivery You will be well supported by a dedicated team, enabling you to focus on strategic growth, leadership, and quality outcomes.
