As the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the Delivery Pillar of the business working in tandem with the founding CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery P&L ownership:Manage and optimise the service delivery operations to ensure profitability is maintained during fast revenue and volume growth.Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.Personal delivery of client workshops and executive training sessions:Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and executives.Customise training content to meet the specific needs of clients.Protect and grow the companys reputation for practical and engaging sessions.Oversight and evolution of the company''s training IP and content:Develop and maintain the company''s training materials and intellectual property.Continuously improve and update training content to reflect industry best practices and emerging trends.Ensure consistency and quality across all training materials delivered by the business.Coaching, training, and management of the company''s delivery team:Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.Conduct internal training sessions to ensure the team is well-equipped to deliver high quality services.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.Lead and coordinate the delivery team:Plan and manage the delivery teams engagement both within the allocated budget and in alignment with the dynamic calendars of our clients.Identify and manage contracted delivery specialists to supplement the internal team.Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of service delivery.Performance monitoring and reporting:Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery.Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.Provide regular updates to senior management on service delivery performance.Candidate RequirementsA background in crisis management or a related field is preferred.Extensive experience in delivering advisory services to enterprise level clients.Proven track record in managing service delivery operations.Extensive experience conducting workshops and training sessions for corporate executives.Service mindset:Adept at maintaining high levels of client service and ensuring such standards are maintained across a delivery team.Agile, adaptive, and organised to successfully deliver against the dynamic project scheduling requirements inherent to the role.Strong leadership and team management skills:Ability to coach, train, and manage a high-performing team.Experience in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.High EQ and IQ demonstrated by the ability to articulate the desired message effectively to audiences of varying levels of subject-matter expertise, general experience, cultural background, etc.The high organisational skill requirement combined with the increasingly technological professional environment leads to a preference for process-driven individuals who are comfortable and experienced with digital systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).RemunerationThe salary on offer is negotiable based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years of people management experience do you have?Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?What can I earn as a Chief Operating Officer #J-18808-Ljbffr
