We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, and get things donewith pace, accountability, and a deep sense of ownership.You Should Be Able To:Lead audits, regulatory reporting, and complianceManage multi-entity, multi-currency operationsSet up financial systems, controls, and reporting structuresSupport fundraising, investor relations, and board communicationsKey Responsibilities:ControllershipOversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and benefitsManage accurate and timely general ledger entries and reconciliationsSupervise fund accounting, ensuring precise tracking of capital movements and full compliance with fund mandates and restrictionsLead the preparation and submission of all statutory and financial reporting to/for: Board of directors, regulators, fund administrators, external auditors, tax agents, investor relationsTreasuryManage cash flow and liquidity to meet both operational and investment needsOversee foreign currency exposure and risk in multi-jurisdictional environmentsDrive capital structure planning, ensuring sustainable and efficient fundingMaintain strong institutional relationships with financial service providers, including banks and remittance partnersFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across business linesTrack and analyse financial and operational performance to surface insights and improvement areasProvide analytical support and business intelligence to guide executive decision-makingRequirements:Work Experience10 years of progressively senior experience in Finance, Accounting, and Treasury functions3 years in a leadership or head-of-finance role, ideally as a CFO, Finance Director, or Head of FinanceHigh proficiency in English.
