With approximately 140 congregations across Victoria, the PCV is governed by a representative Assembly of Elders and guided by a mission to serve God and neighbour with integrity, compassion, and truth.As a key leader within this historic and mission-driven organisation, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and operational future of the Church. Reporting to the Board of Investment and Finance, the General Manager will provide executive leadership across governance, finance, operations, and stakeholder engagement. This is a rare opportunity to influence the direction of a faith-based institution with deep roots in the community and a clear vision for revitalisation, cross-cultural ministry, and educational excellence.The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight, operational acumen, and a heart for ministry.
