Band 2.2 $67,440.88 plus superannuation.To Be Successful You Will RequireA trade qualification in Carpentry/Cabinet Making or relevant trade certificate or equivalent experienceExperience with and knowledge of safe work practices in accordance with OH&S legislation and regulationsExperience undertaking Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS)A high level of understanding and actioning of task prioritisation and a high level of understanding and commitment to customer service are essential.Good communication skills are important, as the successful candidate will be interacting with a variety of people across the organisationSound computer skills in using asset information management system would be an advantage.For more information, please read Position Description - Building Maintenance Officer 2025.docxAbout The TeamThis role is part of the Facilities Management Services team.
