About the Opportunity Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Casual Monitoring Operators to join our monitoring centre team here at Securecorp head office Mulgrave Our Monitoring Centre provides 24/7 security surveillance completing alarm and emergency service response to our clients. The successful Candidate to join our Monitoring team will have at least 1 years'' experience in the monitoring space. Patriot experience is an advantage but not a necessity Roster: Casual Varying HoursSuccessful candidates must be available for training MondayFriday business hours for the first 3 weeks of the role. Duties and Responsibilities As part of our team, you will have the chance to: Monitoring of Alarms and CCTV Identification of potential incidents Attending to high volume of outbound / inbound call Liaison with police & our internal stakeholders and clients Incident reporting Occasional Data Entry Able to work in a Team Environment Key Selection Criteria Were looking for candidates who: MUST hold a current Monitoring Licence Experience in Monitoring minimum of 1 years'' experience Excellent customer service skills Experience in customer service and/or security/monitoring Ability to assess potential for incidents and risk mitigation Compiling and completing reports in a timely manner Excellent communication & written skills Mature outlook to your work Proficient in PC skills for report writing Intermediate keyboard & computer skills Australian Drivers Licence Candidates with proven experience in Patriot alarm monitoring software will be highly regarded, however this is NOT essential.
