Bethanie Peel is a warm and welcoming 50 bedfacility set amongst landscaped gardens, with a personalised memorysupport area to safely and securely accommodate residents withdementia or similar conditions.To be successful in this role, you will have experience incleaning ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment,and be of a friendly nature, as interaction with our residents iscore to our culture.Successful applicants will form part of our casual pool whoprovide relief across both morning and afternoon shifts, as well ason weekends and public holidays. You may also have the opportunityto be trained in and work across the roles of Kitchen Hand andLaundry Assistant.About YouPrevious experience working as a Domestic Assistant /Cleaner, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similarenvironmentHave a can do attitude and a genuinecompassion for our residentsReliable with a strong work ethicAbility to work both independently and as part of ateamWillingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of TheBethanie GroupWillingness to obtain relevant vaccinationsCurrent National Police Clearance (or willingness to applyfor one)The RoleEnsuring bathrooms, toilets, furniture, fittings, floorsand communal areas are kept clean and tidyEnsuring supplies are stocked across the facilityLiaising with other employees to ensure the needs of ourresidents are metEnsuring residents'' personal clothing is individuallylabelled and put away in their rooms, identifying items thatrequire mendingWorking with BethanieMany of us work because we want to make adifference.
