The site currently produces around 110 million litres of product every year - processing, packing, and delivering 24 hours a day, six days a week.Working across Warehouse and Logistics this Dairy Operator - Coolroom requires an experienced Forklift Driver to join the team. Ideally you will not only be an experienced Forklift Driver, but will have solid leadership experience (or at least the desire to become a leader) as well as computer skills and be able to work in the inventory planning space when required. So as you can see, there is plenty of opportunity to develop in this role.This position works 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday - Hours are 8.00am and 4.00pm.ResponsibilitiesLoading /unloading of trailersWarehousing duties including operating a forkliftMaking safety a priority and championing a safety culture with the teamCollection of stock from production lines and storing appropriately;Rotation of stock and ensuring the coolroom is clean and free from milk spills and waste accumulationAbout youFMCG manufacturing and/or warehousing logistics experienceForklift (LF) licence and experienceCan-do attitude, ability to work autonomously and a good team playerEager to take on other duties such as leadership rolesCommitment to team work and safe working practicesBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
