We are looking for an experienced Safety Advisor to join our team based on-site at our Manufacturing Plant at Botany. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and development of best practices for Injury Management and return to work planning as well as supporting the execution of safety programs across our ANZ operations. A Taste of What Youll Be DoingSupport the Health and Safety Manager to execute and deliver health and safety programsSupport preventative health and ergonomic projects, including working with onsite physiotherapists and arranging ongoing health assessmentsManage emergency procedures including training to teams and overseeing mandatory evacuation drillsComplete a variety of reports including injury rate reports, serious incident events and government regulatory information as required to name a fewSupport the coordination and facilitation of fundamental safety training on procedure and best practiceWork closely with technical and maintenance managers to oversee safety risk assessments for all capital projects and major maintenance at the Botany plantConduct health and safety audits regularlySupport the return to work and injury management process across Australia and New ZealandWere Looking for Someone WithIf you are passionate about people and safety then this could be the role for you.
