We are fortunate to have two of the country''s leading disability experts who will provide ongoing training on neurodiversity and disability, enhancing your knowledge and career.An exciting opportunity has arisen at our new Wyndham Vale facility for a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist to join our innovative, multidisciplinary practice. This flexible role can be in the clinic, working remotely, or a hybrid of both. You can also work as a contractor with hours that suit you. We currently have a growing caseload of preschool and school-aged clients, between 3-12 years, with support needs.Key Responsibilities include:Work with a varied paediatric caseload alongside a multidisciplinary team;Conduct assessments and provide therapy for children in areas such as autism, communication, self-regulation, motor skills, social skills, executive functioning, self-care, and inclusion;Work on-site at our purpose-built facility or within the child''s natural environment (childcare, kindergarten, school, or home);Provide support in person or via Telehealth.To excel in this position, you will have:Full registration with AHPRA and relevant endorsement (clinical and educational developmental);Willingness to learn;Ability to work collaboratively in a team;Highly motivated and positive attitude;Willingness to work across the lifespan.The successful candidate will be among the first staff at the Wyndham Vale Clinic. Working hours are between 8am - 7pm (e.g., 8am - 4pm or 11am - 7pm). As a qualified therapist, you will receive a competitive remuneration package based on the award and your experience. A professional development fund of $1000 per year (pro-rata for part-time) is available, along with ongoing support and training from our Cranbourne clinic team.
