Sounds like a place you want to be?Your Role: Create An Impactful ChangeWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Dental Assistant Coach to join our team in the Surgery and Oral Medicine Department. Youll play a key role in mentoring and coaching both new and experienced dental assistants and trainees, providing support, practical training, and industry insights to help them refine their skills, build confidence, and excel. Together, well make a lasting impact on dental care and empower assistants to reach their full potential.Your Key Responsibilities: Shape the FutureInvolved in developing and implementing our new traineeship model.Assist in daily team huddles.Perform operational dental assistant roles as required.Collaborate with Senior Dental Assistants, assist with audits, onboarding, inducting new staff, and guiding trainees and visiting staff.About You: Grow With Purpose, Thrive with UsCertificate III in Dental Assisting.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (to be completed within 12 months of starting).
