Together, well make a lasting impact on dental care and empower assistants to reach their full potential.Your Key Responsibilities: Shape the FutureInvolved in developing and implementing our new traineeship model.Assist in daily team huddles.Perform operational dental assistant roles as required.Collaborate with Senior Dental Assistants, assist with audits, onboarding, inducting new staff, and guiding trainees and visiting staff.About You: Grow With Purpose, Thrive with UsCertificate III in Dental Assisting.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (to be completed within 12 months of starting).
