Your focus will be on optimising workforce efficiency and productivity within the pharmacy division.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse pharmacy workflows and identify areas for improvement.Collect and interpret pharmacy performance data to inform decisions.Collaborate with IT to optimize system integration.Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.Gather business requirements for system upgrades.Develop and report on key performance metrics.About YouTo ensure a confident start in the role, candidates will need to meet all essential requirements to be considered for the position.Essential RequirementsMasters degree in Business AnalyticsMinimum 3-years experience as a Business Analyst in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries.Knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices within the Australian market.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders and collaborate across departments.Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and healthcare information technology.Proven time management skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines, and forward plan to ensure work and information is complete and commitments are fulfilled.About UsIcon Group provides a complete suite of services to support the operation of more than 75 pharmacies across Australia.
