They have an enviable internal culture that is positive, progressive, collaborative, and supportive of it''s team members.The Role | Reporting to the Finance ManagerSpecific Duties Will Include, But Not Limited ToAssist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.The CandidateWe are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is CA/CPA part-qualified or intending to commence their qualification. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in a medium to large-sized business, or be a first mover from business services or audit. You will be eager to take on challenges and demonstrate initiative in your work.
