Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Plant and Equipment Valuer to join our team based in either Melbourne or Sydney. Location is flexible as we have valuation teams in most Australian states. The role involves being an integral part of the valuations team, conducting national valuations for various purposes. It offers autonomy in client management, inspections, calculations, and reporting, with opportunities to attract new clients. Ideal for an organized, driven individual eager to expand valuation skills across diverse industries and clients. This is a great opportunity for career growth within a global organization. Responsibilities include: Undertaking valuations of diverse assets for different purposes. Managing multiple large projects efficiently to meet deadlines. Traveling intrastate, nationally, and internationally for client commitments. Maintaining key client relationships. Providing expert advice on valuation approaches and methodologies. Exercising excellent time management and organizational skills. Developing strategies to grow client relationships and expand the portfolio. Collaborating within a fast-paced team environment. Minimum requirements: AAPI, ASA, or RICS qualification. At least 5 years of experience in plant and equipment valuations. Experience across multiple industries such as manufacturing, power, oil & gas, food processing. Experience with insurance or financial reporting valuations is advantageous. Growth mindset and proficient Excel skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Logical, analytical, and methodical thinking. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
