Pastry skills are a must for this role as you will be responsible for the production, proving, baking and garnishing of a range of pastry products and baked goods.About The CompanyBaker Bleu is Melbournes premier sourdough bakery. We dedicated ourselves to the natural wonder of sourdough and pride ourselves on making unique artisan bread and pastries, using only the finest ingredients. We have an excellent reputation in our local communities and work with well-known charity groups in Melbourne.About The RoleThis role is a full-time position.
