We want to keep earning trust while continuing to amaze our users.What You''ll DoDesign & enhance the Lyrebird application with new capabilities - including the use of LLMs in production and various other machine learning capabilitiesOwn and implement LLM testing and evaluation frameworks to maintain quality generations at scaleDevelop next generation AI infrastructure to enable real time automation of healthcare practitioners most time consuming tasksBe driven by a scientific approach to problem solving, obsessively iterate and improve Lyrebirds clinical outputRapidly learn new skills and technologies required to create products for our usersBuild scalable AI systems that are reliable with 10k concurrent usersContinuously improve our internal processes;Solve challenging problems and make decisionsSkills You''ll Need To BringProven track record of building things people love: You have hands on experience working with LLMs and prompting, including building cutting-edge LLM systems. You have built and implemented local and production evaluation frameworks and ideally have experience working with llm-engineering platforms such as Langsmith, Langfuse or PhoenixExperience working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment4+ years of product management experienceYou have an interest in AI and thinking about how AI can supercharge productivityYou find delight in unpacking and solving deeply complex problems without losing sight of the big pictureYou are user obsessedYou apply a scientific approach to problem solving and have used quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to drive product prioritisation and decision-makingEmpathetic communication: You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you''re explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real-time.
