Thats why we take the time to understand our clients; how they work, what matters to them, and where theyre headed so we can deliver not just what they need today, but what theyll need next.With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth, and teams across New Zealand, the Philippines and the UK, Orro is known for delivering future-ready solutions, backed by deep expertise, genuine human insight and lasting partnerships.What Youll Be DoingPre-Sales & Solution ArchitecturePartner with solution and sales teams to translate customer goals into DevOps-enabled cloud solutions.Produce architecture diagrams, scopes of work, and cost estimates.Deliver clear, confident technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.Project DeliveryLead end-to-end implementation of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure automation.Architect cloud-native solutions using Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep, CloudFormation).Build secure, scalable environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.Mentor and guide delivery teams during complex implementations.Operations & OptimisationDrive performance monitoring, automation, and incident response across production environments.Champion best practice for proactive capacity planning, security, and compliance.Develop self-healing infrastructure and reduce operational burden through smart automation.Collaborate cross-functionally to embed DevOps principles across Orro solutions.What Youll BringYoure a senior DevOps expert with strong client instincts, cloud fluency, and a knack for turning complexity into simplicity. Your toolkit likely includes:8+ years in DevOps, with 2+ years leading technical teams or projectsExpert knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCPStrong CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or CircleCIAdvanced scripting and automation (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible)Comfortable designing and troubleshooting hybrid and cloud-native architecturesDeep experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)Confidence working with clients and leading pre-sales conversationsStrong documentation and presentation skillsA strategic mindset with a hands-on approachBonus PointsExperience with multi-cloud or hybrid deploymentsFamiliarity with monitoring and observability stacks (e.g. Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, ELK)Certifications like AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, CKA/CKADKnowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, iRAP)Even if you dont tick every box, dont let that hold you back.
