With six offices nationally and partner firms in more than 145 markets, wherever you want to go, we can take you there.About This RoleAs a Manager in our Management Consulting team, you will be responsible for providing advice to organisations to deliver performance improvement in a timely and efficient manner, including identifying client needs and developing solutions which align to the clients strategy and business requirements, and also effectively managing client stakeholders and the delivery team.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand clients businesses and apply specialist knowledge and management consulting skills to diagnose client issues and provide performance improvement solutions that meet clients needs.Actively engage with the client, building rapport, providing guidance and developing trust in order to deliver successful project results.Evaluate and analyse client financial performance, processes, systems and organisational structures.Develop clear initiatives with structured approaches that lead to solutions aligned to business requirements and strategic direction.Provide recommendations and proposals to revise methods, processes and procedures to support growth and resolve organisational problems.Implement and deliver approved recommendations.Review and quality check findings and recommendations in the context of the clients broader business environment.Contribute to the continual development of the quality management within the team.Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Stay up to date with relevant industry trends and best practices.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a management consultant role, working for a professional services firm preferred.
