No two days will look the same! We strive to provide a caseload that aligns with your experience and interests. Our caseloads include early intervention for infants 0-12 months, feeding, early language, parent coaching, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC. We are passionate about supporting your career development with clinical and operational pathways.You might find us in childcare centres, schools, homes, and outreach locations (as part of our AAA Adventurer Program!). Our team comprises various experience levels and enjoys coffee, memes, monthly meetings, well-being check-ins, and clinical upskilling.We work closely with the MDT, often sharing lunch and celebrating successes. Whether you prefer team outings or prioritize family and home life, there is a place for everyone!Your role will include:Managing an allocated caseload (based on negotiated hours) and delivering timely therapeutic servicesProviding early intervention and parent coaching for the Early Years (0-5), including speech sounds, early language, feeding, and school readinessSupporting school-aged children (5-18) with literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessments and implementationsAssisting adults with functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, as well as neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitationProviding neuro-affirming supports for our large neurodivergent population across all agesWhat''s in it for you?We support you as you support many.
