Youll play a critical role in transforming operational and customer-facing workflows by applying AI tools, automation, and structured thinking to real-world problems.This is a builder role with broad exposureideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in business analysis or operations or product management, now ready to specialize in AI-first execution.ResponsibilitiesAI Opportunity Discovery & Business DesignIdentify and prioritise high-value AI opportunities across departments (e.g., Ops, Marketing, CS, Product)Design scalable workflows using AI-first principles to increase speed, accuracy, and leverageCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear problem statements, success metrics, and automation strategiesAI Solution Development & Prompt EngineeringBuild and test AI-powered tools and prototypes using prompting, no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n)Develop reusable prompt libraries and intelligent workflows tailored to team use casesPartner with Product & Engineering to refine and scale validated solutionsProcess Optimisation & AutomationRedesign and document business processes using AI and automation toolsIntegrate AI agents into workflows using Google Sheets, APIs, or orchestration platforms like n8nStandardise and codify best practices for AI use across the companyLead onboarding, training, and documentation for internal teams adopting AI workflowsProactively communicate wins, learnings, and use cases to build momentumStay on top of the latest in AI tools, use cases, and trendsand bring relevant insights back to the businessRequirementsMust-Have ExperienceMinimum 4 years in a Business Analyst, Product Ops, Strategy, or Process Improvement roleProven ability to design and optimize processes with measurable business impactAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets user, comfortable with formulas, automation, and basic scripting logicStrong structured thinking, stakeholder management, and clear communication skillsDemonstrated interest in AI and automation (e.g., prompt engineering, prototyping, AI tools exploration)Ability to work independently and move fast without sacrificing qualityNice-to-HavesExperience in a tech company, startup, or cross-functional transformation teamExposure to modern AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)Familiarity with orchestration platforms (e.g., N8n, Zapier)Basic coding (e.g., Python, JS) a plus but not requiredWhy this role mattersYoull shape how AI is adopted and scaled across a business with real operational scale and complexityYoull be a thought partner to leadership and get hands-on with shaping both strategy and executionYoull build a real portfolio of AI solutions that impact revenue, cost, and team productivityYoull join an ambitious company embedding AI into its DNA, not just as a featurebut as leverageTools: Youll work with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), Google Workspace, Sheets, n8n, Zapier, and emerging AI toolsMoneysmart culture values and tenetsThe traits we admire are core intrinsic qualities we look for in someone we want on our team, and we look for people who are Hungry, Humble and Smart.
