We seek talented individuals to join us in transforming our clients'' markets.ResponsibilitiesServe as a business process analyst, RPA developer, support, and trainer across multiple assignments.Collaborate with clients to identify and define use cases, including process optimization and reengineering.Gather requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows.Create and review BRD, PDD, and SDD documents.Implement process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to ensure successful adoption.Follow RPA best practices, ensuring programs are efficient, reusable, and maintainable.Analyze workflows and conceptualize them as automated solutions.Develop and document test procedures for UAT phases.Test automation packages thoroughly in designated environments.Maintain RPA processes and monitor their execution.Provide support levels L1L3, review documentation, and implement change requests based on incident priority.Identify root causes of issues and resolve problems promptly within SLAs.Ensure quality and timely delivery of fixes and enhancements.Adhere to Incident, Problem, and Change Management guidelines.RequirementsDegree in Computer Science or related field.Fluent in English; business proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa is mandatory.3-4 years of hands-on experience with UiPath.Strong skills in application development, analysis, and design.Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop advanced solutions.Experience with web services, REST API, RDBMS, and open-source databases.Process-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven experience in developing automation solutions with UiPath.Experience with software delivery using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Knowledge of Tricentis, Selenium, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere is a plus.Must obtain UiPath RPA Advanced Developer certification within 3 months if not already certified.Why Join UsAt ABeam Consulting, we prioritize collaboration, growth, and skill development in a supportive environment.
