This role would suit a junior lawyer with at least 12 months of post admissions experience in wills and estates.This role will see you working closely with highly-regarded partners who are experts in their field. You will gain exposure to a variety of complex wills and estates matters including succession planning, preparation of Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, applications for Grants of Probate, guardianship and administration matters, and estate litigation matters.To be successful in this role you will posses a strong work-ethic and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.The partners in the team are great to work for, with a positive, vibrant approach and a sense of humour.
