Youll Make an ImpactAs an Application Specialist, youll work closely with our sales teams and EAE Pre-sales Engineers to develop and deliver cutting-edge applications for customers using EAE. Youll bring deep technical expertise and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions for both technical and business stakeholders.Your mission? Enable our country sales teams to win more business with EAE and support customers throughout their entire project development lifecycle.Youll be on the road engaging clients and partners through in-person presentations and technical workshops (3050% of time spent travelling).Key responsibilities: Provide technical application expertise to support sales growth and increase conversion rates using EAE Act as the technical subject matter expert to define and implement optimal automation and control solutions Collaborate with customers to identify technical requirements and constraints, and propose tailored EAE-based solutions Explain and demonstrate the technical advantages and trade-offs of EAE applications Co-engineer applications with customers to accelerate adoption and success Lead the creation of differentiated innovative solutions for machines, projects, and systems using EAE Execute application engineering and project conversions, including competitor migrations Enrich Schneider Electrics knowledge base by developing and sharing application guides, function blocks, white papers, and success stories Identify and qualify new offer or function development needs, and collaborate with local and global teams to deliver both standard and custom-tailored EAE solutionsAbout YouYoure a technically skilled and forward-thinking automation expert with a passion for solving complex challenges and building scalable, future-ready solutions.
