You will lead a team of professionals to deliver selection, acquisition, description, licensing, negotiation, and collection analysis services to build a user-focussed library collection attuned to the needs of a modern, global university.As the Content and Collections Manager you will lead the Agreements and Negotiations, Collection Acquisition and Activation, and Metadata teams to deliver the Librarys rich digital, general, and special content and collections to support research, teaching, and learning.You will work alongside leaders across the Library and support the Director, Collections and Technology Division in the delivery of the University Librarys strategy and operations.Your commitment to the principles of strong governance and integrity in the acquisition, and management of collections and collection budgets, and collaboration will ensure that library services and resources meet and are aligned with user needs.If this sounds like a position that suits your current career focus we look forward to hearing from you.This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.At Monash University, we are committed to being a Child Safe organisation.
