Experience the rewards of making a difference in older peoples lives by showing compassion and providing high quality safe care.The opportunityThe Royal Freemasons community is currently seeking experienced and motivated Nurse Unit Coordinator to join our team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in inner Melbourne.As a valued member of our clinical team, you will be pivotal in delivering safe, high quality and contemporary clinical care to our residents. You will play an important role in providing supervision and guidance to care staff, ensuring a resident-centric approach and high level of care and support is provided to our residents at all times.The Nurse Unit Coordinator is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical care ensuring the provision of compassionate and excellent quality care overnight.
